It's been a long time since you completely felt yourself; innocent, naive, whimsical [passionate]?
You're not the only one.
Trust me,
you're not.
Expectations; our own and others', slowly but steadily chip away pieces of our 'true' selves and spread them everywhere. Pieces get lost behind corners, left to forever search for their way to reunification. Although expectations are not the main reasons for our personal divisions, they are one of the main parasites.
Such divisions of ourselves skillfully distance us from the desired view of the present moment. In other words, things always or sometimes seem incomplete, unsatisfactory because it becomes increasingly difficult to become aware of a sense of completeness.
The good news is that this is, of course, a mental, egoistic, intellectual matter.
Everything happens in a place that, through reprogramming, becomes obedient and submissive to our inner desires.
This is a ritual for reprogramming the image of your 'self' for the purpose of achieving satisfaction in this moment.
This ritual is a weekly process of repeating a few simple actions that seem simple and easy, but I challenge you to perform these exercises every day without interruption for the next four weeks.
1. Morning Serenade
In the morning, immediately after brushing your teeth, looking out an open window [not in a mirror], you will loudly utter in your normal tone [without raising - shouting or lowering - whispering] the following: ALIVU [AAAALIVU]. A remains the strongest letter and the other letters follow the drop in voice. Repeat the word multiple times until you feel you are finished [intuition].
This habit represents an energetic parasitic release from everything that preceded that morning. Just as we clean parasites from our mouths by brushing our teeth, just as we clean our intestines in the morning, we also release energetic consequences. Everyone's own voice is a frequency of healing. It is important to start each morning by listening to your own voice first, not someone else's.
2. Mantra 'I Accept'
Practicing acceptance is the first step to complete reprogramming because it comes through self-forgiveness.
Every situation you experience is your manifestation. By your manifestation, I mean that you are the one experiencing it. Therefore, it is - your manifestation.
You may or may not be the reason why something is happening around you, but you are the one experiencing the situation. Therefore, by accepting, you forgive yourself for being the one experiencing a particular situation. This would mean that you are not to blame for what is happening to you, and that opens up the possibility of going through a certain situation faster without traumatic consequences.
And that's why acceptance. Your new mantra. No matter how favorable or unfavorable the situation is today, you will react to it with the affirmation: I accept.
You won't get a day off to go to the desired concert? You accept.
Your car didn't pass the technical inspection? You accept.
Mom is criticizing you again? You accept.
Today you didn't feel like going to the gym and you didn't go? You accept.
Without "but", you accept your current reality - manifestation. You accept. Without reservation, anger, or remorse.
3. Good Night Massage
Every day before bed, you will massage your entire head with your fingers. Maybe you have someone who already does it for you, but this time you will do it yourself. For a few minutes, until the feeling of pleasure ends.
This massage is a reward you give yourself. After a whole day, you still feel so worthy of yourself that you choose to spend precious moments before bed with yourself and your head. Thus giving yourself permission to be who you are. Worthy of your own attention.
I challenge you to implement these exercises and attitude every day for the next four weeks - without interruption.
And if you wish, if you decide on this endeavor and want to, share your experience with me at gaida.upit@gmail.com because I know that the results of your reality will be much, much different.
With love,
GAIDA
