Do you know that without an open heart, there is no desired manifestation?
What is an open heart?
An open heart is one that forgives, reflexively releases past emotions, and gives unconditionally.
Today I am here to help you nurture your heart so that you can nurture others'. The first link to completely giving yourself to others/into other things is self-care. Your heart is the first that needs to be nurtured by yourself [never by others = conditioning].
So, let's start with a heart-nurturing ritual...
Put on comfortable clothes, play calming music [I adore Malte Marten and his Handpan :) And you, play something you adore and that relaxes you], sit on the floor/cushion with crossed legs [if possible] and place your palms on your heart, first the left, then the right.
From here, gently allow your body to move spontaneously, left and right. Let the music you've put on carry and guide you. Surrender completely to the present moment. Spend as much time as you feel you need in this way.
After spontaneous movement, start gently, with soft circular touches, massaging your own heart. If you wish to say; Thank you, feel free to say it, out loud, with each exhale. Say what you want to release.
When you feel your heart is satisfied with your attention, gently stand up and lie down on a soft surface, a bed or a couch. Stay lying down until you can no longer resist writing something from your heart to someone or physically hugging someone.
Attention! Possible side effects
After the ritual, your heart will be in a complete state of openness and thus vulnerability and heightened emotionality.
After you've given love to someone, write down one of your moderate wishes [for practice] in capital letters on paper, and if you wish, reply to this letter when it comes true :) I will wait.
Read the written wish aloud before going to sleep.
Perform this ritual for 200 days without interruption or until your current 'Self's' wish is fulfilled.
With love,
GAIDA
